The best way to book a visit is to call us. This
way we can compare diaries over the phone and agree upon a date which is suitable
to both parties. We will then confirm in writing and request a deposit, which
is part-payment of the full amount. It is advisable to book well in advance
to avoid dissapointment - especially if you wish to come in the summer term. |

The fees listed are per head per day for School
visits. Note that they vary with the Key Stage and the time of the year. High
season is the summer term, the Standard season is the first half of the autumn
term and second half of the spring term. Low season is the period between
autumn to spring half term breaks, when we are likely to have the most vacancies. |

We are very happy to work with students within your
school or school grounds. We charge the same rate per pupil as for a Centre
visit, plus an additional small amount for travelling expenses. For example
if we were working in primary school in the winter, with a class size of 30,
we would charge £4 x 30 = £120 for a full day (£60 for half
day) plus travel costs. |
