Losh House Brook

The Losh House Brook, a favourite haunt of the kingfisher, is a very small tributary of the Stour, along which grows meadowsweet, common valerian, hemp agrimony and many other plants. Cuckoo flowers can be seen here in the spring.

The clean water of the brook supports a wide range of invertebrates, including caddis fly, may fly and damsel fly.
